All orders over $50 for delivery to addresses in Australia are currently sent by Australia Post standard postage and are free of shipping charge. This offer will continue until further notice.
Shipping times in Australia are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on the delivery of Australia Post to your location.
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY UNDER $50; Shipping is based on weight for all orders under $50 to Australian addresses during our sales period. This is calculated before the order is finalised. For example, the average dress is around 400 grams which is $6.60 in shipping. We try to send out orders on the same day we get them, and we commit that all orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times in Australia are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on the delivery of Australia Post to your location.

If you're pressed for time and need something urgently, please contact us to let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post, or our nominated agent when we pay for shipping. Shipping costs when charged are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
NEW ZEALAND AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Tivoli2moro ships goods to most international locations.
For NEW ZEALAND orders, we charge a flat rate of NZ$15 for orders under NZ$75.
For NEW ZEALAND, orders $75 and over are sent FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGE.
All New Zealand deliveries will be sent by Pack and Track International and take approximately 3 to 10 business days. If you have an urgent order and wish to pay for International Express please contact us.
Please be aware of any duties that apply in New Zealand on imported goods, as you will be responsible for their payment.
Outside of Australia and New Zealand you will need to pay for shipping based upon weight. Shipping costs will apply at the checkout. You will also need to pay for all local taxes and custom duties that the goods incur on importation. Any delays in customs due to non-payment of these taxes and duties are beyond our control.

Refund and Returns
We do everything we can to make sure the items on our website are photographed and described accurately, but we also understand that because you can't touch and see the item you may be concerned that you might not be getting exactly what you wanted. We understand this, because we shop online too. We want you to be happy with your purchase and feel comfortable about dealing with us, so we've put together a no hassles, no questions asked, 60 days returns policy.
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
If your item does not fit or you have changed your mind, we will also be happy to exchange it or refund your credit card.
If for any reason you wish to exchange the item for another, to avoid the possibility of disappointment please contact us first at sales@tivoli2moro or phone us to ensure we put aside your choice.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 60 days of purchase. If it is past 60 days please contact us by email or phone.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, and must still be in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.

Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item size of the replacement item.
We recommend that you send back items using Australia Post with tracking or a similar service that has a tracking ability for parcels, as we can only provide refunds or returns on goods after we receive the items.
All payments are processed through Westpac Payway Gateway using VISA or MASTERCARD. We are also now able to accept credit card payments over the phone or you may call Westpac Payway Phone Banking after completing the order if you do not want to use their internet gateway.
